Hourly service rate- $85.00 (1 hour minimum)
Oil boiler service- $149.00**
Oil furnace service- $139.00**
Gas boiler service- $139.00**
Gas furnace service- $129.00**
Air conditioning service- $129.00** *discount given on multiple systems. *prices do not include tax.

**oil service includes: cleaning of heat exchanger,inspect flue, replace nozzle,oil filter, pump screen, inspect and adjust electrodes, test pump pressure, inspect all safeties,test combustion, and check the overall operation of the system.

**gas service includes: cleaning of heat exchanger, inspect flue, test gas pressure, inspect all safeties, clean burners, inspect pilot assembly, test combustion, and check the overall operation of the system.

**air conditioning includes: Chemical cleaning of the condenser (outdoor unit), inspect all electrical contacts,condensate system, coil cleanliness, safeties, thermostat operation, refrigerant levels, duct work, and equipment operation.

**Prefered customer rates which entitles you to: no overtime rates and a 10% discount on parts for a period of one year.
