*Oil Service Includes- Cleaning of heat exchanger, inspect flue, replace - nozzle, oil filter, pump screen, inspect and adjust electrodes, test pump pressure, inspect all safeties, test combustion, check the overall operation of the system.

*Gas Service Includes- Cleaning of heat exchanger, inspect flue, test gas pressure, inspect all safeties, clean burner, inspect pilot assembly, test combustion, check the overall operation of the system.

*Air Conditioning Includes-Chemical cleaning of the condenser (outdoor unit), inspect all - electrical contacts, condensate system, coil cleanliness, safeties, thermostat operation, refrigerant levels, duct work, and equipment.
